Who are these people?

We noticed ourselves saying "Who's that?" more than once while we were making our guest lists, and we realized that some of you might be saying that about us! So here's our attempt at summarizing ourselves for you.

Graham is a "citizen of the world", born in Canada to English parents, and raised in France. He likes to write up things he learns about on his very eclectic blog. He works as a Java programmer for a Belgian bank. Something you might not know about him: He can start a fire without matches, build a shelter without tools, and whittle you a nice spoon.

Janette has lived on 3 continents, but has never managed to cross the Equator. She only has a very geeky blog, but that's because she's usually building other people's websites or taking all kinds of classes. She works as a web developer for a small new media agency. Something you might not know about her: She has lived in both the Eastern and Western hemispheres, and now lives less than a mile from where Edmund Halley (of whom she is a direct descendant), set the dividing line between the two in the 1700s.

We got to know each other while being shown around Ireland by a wonderful mutual friend (second from the right). We got to talking, and we haven't stopped yet.
